Most likely is a Russian-built ETD clone, the Ruskies were famous for copying some of America's best technology and producing a reasonable tractor copy. I believe they were built just outside of Moscow not too far from the toothpick factory. Problem was however, they could never get the tri-directional guidance system down pat and the operator had difficulty keeping it going in a straight line. Parts are not easy to get but I think there's still a few at wrecker yards up in the Yukon. If it has a pineapple cultivator with it then consider it a collectable tractor.
