If anti-freeze was left in it, I sure wouldn't worry about problems because of that-I'd be more concerned if it was drained. Does it look clean? If so, run it unitl fall & then change it, or if its dirty, flush, put in fresh & use it. At least the water pump seals didn't dry out that way. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
