I can relate to the frustration that comes when something breaks when your in a bend.I have cattle and farm about 80 acres and up untill two years ago i did this with 2 861 fords and a 641 ford.It seemed like almost every other day a water pump would go or the battery would go dead and eventually I even wore the hydraulics out.I was at the point of spending some big money that truthfully I couldnt afford to spend and a friend of mine was in financial problems and had to get rid of his mid 70s Leyland 270 (70 hp) so I took a look at it and $3500 later I was driving it home.I been using it everyday (during crop season) for two years now and all i have to put into it is routine oil changes, and the occasional grease job.Plus its really good on fuel where i wasent doing so well with the gas 861's.Basicly what im trying to say is there are alotta tractors built in the 70s and 80s that got alot left in them and they wont sting you wallet as bad.
