3-pt. hitch kit for a Farmall M

Does anyone know where I can get a reasonably priced new or used 3-pt. hitch kit for a Farmall M? All the prices I have seen so far are between $650 and $850 depending on whether or not it comes with cylinders. Any ideas on why this kit is so much more expensive than many of the others?
