It is an International Harvester 300 Utility. It is very similar to the 300 Row Crop. It would be a slightly more modern version of a W-4. It looks as though it is in reasonable condition excluding the paint. The rear tires appear to be mismatched with better than 50% tread and the fronts seem pretty good. Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
