UNless it has an overhead valve engine, it isn't a Jubilee. If it has a proofmeter down below the steering wheel on the right side of the dash, it is most likey a very late 8N...Or you're reading the serial number off the wrong part, or it is double stamped or something...Or the serial number listing isn't completely accurate.
