Those speed limits sound a bit high. Here in Pennsylvania, even Interstate speed limits don't get that high.

Interstate: 45 to 65 (usually 65)
Highway: 25 to 55 (usually 45)
Secondary State (County): 20 to 40 (usually 40)
Township and Borough: 25 to 35, usually not posted

Of couse, most people ignore the speed limits, and even the speed limit is a bit faster than a tractor.
