dale,my condulences on the passing of your dad . your tractor is a good one . I love my kubota . when you say it wont start do you mean it wont crank with the starter. if not put it in nuetral with the brakes applied and take a small jumper wire from the battery to the starter and if she then cranks you have a limit switch that is hung up or maybe a broken wire , bad key switch? I had this sort of problem with mine once and it turned out to be my limit switch for the pto. hope you find it , post back and let us know
