Leyland with Mower - Value??

Hey guys-

The gentleman that owns the office building where my office is has a 72 hp Leyland 272H (approx 15-20 yrs old) with a 10 ft rotary mower included for sale. It's in fairly good condition. Needs paint and a couple of hyd leaks fixed.

What's this thing worth and how hard is it to get parts? Also, how dependable is it?

He's selling it from lack of need and doesn't want it to just sit and rust. He's asking $6500.
