be careful for sure. One guy kept getting his mailbox destroyed every year by kids in their cars, so he decided to put an end to it and dug a 3ft wide and 3ft deep hole and poured concrete to set a I think it was a 3" piece of solid steel round stock and then set his box on top, and sure enough, the next cabbage night, his mailbox got hit again and it killed all 3 kids in the car and he was found responsible.
