TNR, do you have the 6.2 L Diesel engine? I had one in a '96 Suburban. Blew 5 fuel injection pumps in about 60,000 miles. Symptomatically, it would quit while driving and always restarted, eventually. It quit at slow and highway speeds, once within a block of the dealer's while driving away after having a new fuel injection pump and associated stuff changed, etc. Hopefully, your warranty is intact. I received an extended warranty for mine because of the problems associated with it, but traded it off on a Duramax. Wouldn't sell it outright because I'm not ruthless enough.
