Well, you've heard from several sources about the overrunning couplers, and horsepower, both good points. All that said, the implements you mention can be run on both tractors, so that really is what you wanted to know I think. The 8N of course is a 4 speed and the 850 is a 5 speed so that is another difference, but again the implements you mention should work fine, of course keeping in mind the 8N won't have the same power and isn't as safe with a bush hog. Another implement not as safe with the 8N is a post hole digger, just in case you get one later.
