I Got the Cub Crankcase Blow-by Blues

I'm trying to restore a 1949 Farmall Cub to operational condition after sitting up for about 15 years. The engine runs great except for one problem - the oil wants to come out of the dipstick hole after it warms up, creating a lot of smoke and excitement in the garden. I got some advice (thanks John Healy) to unplug the 1/4 inch tube which runs from the air filter to the crankcase housing, which I found to be completely blocked. I still have the blow-by problem. Any other things to check short of rebuilding the engine?
