I wouldn't want to own a farm that I couldn't operate by myself. I wouldn't care to hire any employees because we all know what problems you have there!!. There are several big commercial farms around me and thay are all having a big problems with help, they are hurting so bad that they are even keeping the undesireables and theres no way I'd want to deal with that. Most of these corperate farmers never leave a desk and spend their life pushing a pencil and theres absolutly no way I could even stand that. My .02 cents Jonathan
