Cub 154 lo boy PTO problems?

I recently inherited a Cub 154 LoBoy with a woods mower deck. Recently I noticed when getting to taller grass (nothing this shouldn't be able to handle) the deck slows to a stop. The PTO shaft/pully in the back stops also - the belts/pullies driving the main PTO shaft (by the engine) stay running, as well as the engine at normal speed. Is this something in the engagement clutch assembly? Any suggestions / adjustments?
