Hopefully as I intended there will be some good come from this lesson that we can all learn from. As I read these posts and there is person after person posting there own experiences with this situation from both perspectives the realization will be made that there needs to be more to a deal than what has been done in the past. People do die, some may not care about getting there tractor or whatever home, some may forget etc. These things need to be considered in a deal in writing, like the fellow said above, if you have documentation then there is less confusion and you can protect yourself. By making up some sort of written agreement I wouldn't of have my experience and it sounds like a lot of these other fellows wouldn't be wondering what to do now or had their own experiences. It has changed the way that I will do business. For now I will ask and require any policies be put on paper regarding our transaction. Ryan
