Hey Mark, try this since you have narrowed it down to the rear cyl. remove the injector from that cyl. and replace it with another injector you know to be working (just swap holes with two) see if the problem moves with the injector or stays on the same cyl. if it moves its an injector problem, if not could be a cylinder problem or injection pump problem, next step would be a compression test to rule out the cylinder. I would recommend finding a diesel pump shop in your area to rebuild injectors or pump.
