801D injector pump

I have a 801 Ford Powermaster diesel tractor that will not start. Previously it was running just fine. I have changed the fuel filter and I am getting plenty of fuel to the pump. This tractor has a Stanadyne injector pump on it. When I try to start it, there is no fuel getting to the injectors. Could someone tell me what the problem might be?
