With out being there to check it myself it is hard to say , you could have a problem in the MCV or the check valve is stuck or a problem in the brake valve or maybe it needs new discs or it just got air in the system and needs bleed try that, get a buddy or your wife to hold the peadel down and open the bleeder with the engine running and in PARK and crack the bleeder till ya get fluid free of air . If that does not work then you got some problems eleswhere.
