Fluid filled tires have to have an air space from the valve stem up when at 12:00 o'clock. The space is required for expansion & a smoother ride. A too full fluid filled rear tire on my uncles 520 blew open while sitting in the sun. The calcuim chloride ruined the paint & killed the grass. Tough getting the tire off with the corn scuffler mounted. Unless you are in the deep south or the previous owner was cheap there is likely some kind of anti-freeze in those tires.
