I want a tractor for less than $600

Hello,
I have posted this message in the past. I thought I was going to be buying a Case VAC from Truck but he has not responded to me in awhile so I am going to look for another tractor. I would like a tractor that is capable of pulling a finish mower or belly mount, and can plow snow. The bigger the better but it needs to be around $600 and close if not in MA.
