Does the work tunes radio work no matter what direction you are facing? I have had some of the cheaper headphone radio's that seem to have very directional antennas. This would sometimes require you to hold your head at an odd angle to make the radio work.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
