Let the oil soak for a few days, in fact, when working on autos, I have taken a cup, put a hole in the bottom, place the cup with the hole over the bolt, and put some silicone to seal around the hole. and submersed the nut I am working on in penetrating oil. Let it sit for a few day and wiggle the bolt both forward and backwards, letting the oil seep in further. I have never run across a nut/bolt that this method would not free. Good luck. Ira
