While you've revealed a little more then you did initially, there is still a great deal more undisclosed. Now we know there is a right of way issue. What is still unknown is how the right of way across your land was granted, what the terms were, and what the legal requirements are in your jurisdiction.

Due process is required. It is required of you as well. Simply blocking a right of way is illegal on your part.
