Not to be picky but these educated persons in power treat people differently if they are on, below or above their level of education/station in life.
At least run your letters through a spell checker & correct the grammar. I have to. When conversing your appearance, body language and speech will make or break you. No swearing,uummm's,yups,yeahs, yuh -knows,yaw'll etc. & Even though your case is likely valid, they will play you for a while. Just for laughs on power trip because they think they can with some hick.
Does this neighbour "lady" have any friends or relatives in the local government?
