I've trailered across the U.S. more than once. In my never to be humble opinion, get the best trailer you can afford. I used a roll-back tilt-bed trailer made in Walton, NY for awhile. It worked great, but it cost $14,000. The best hauling trailer I ever had was a 5th wheel with a beaver tail and attached ramps. I always felt much safer once the wheels were on the tail. Thank God, I never had an accident! I always over chained my load, because I didn't want it coming loose half-way home. I bought "black" chain and good binders and I never regretted the cost.
