If you need some more re-enforcement: You have a serious liability issue here as well. Older farm machinery is dangerous. When someone loses an arm, or drops the hitch on their foot, or crawls under the baler & gets their head blown open with the plunger arm, how big do you think the lawsuit will be? You might want to ask your insurance agent about this. It will be REAL easy to say _NO_ after that visit, that your insurance does not allow you to loan implements out to anyone. Period. Or, one of those 'friends' will be owning your 80 acres. Renting out your equipment or time also raises liability issues that your regular insurance doesn't cover, but at least you are in control of the stuff if you choose to do that. --->Paul
