It aint no big job at all with the right equipment. You absolootlee need a Loboy Cub Farmall with global positioners and front end loader with laser optics yard levelers. Any good rental yard should have the automated Cub. They usually throw in a 12 shank scarifier bar for free on a weekly rental but it should'nt take you anywhere near a week to finish if the yard is 75 acres or less. I'd go ahead with a weekly rental just to get to use the scarifier for free and save the money to fuel my yacht.
