Well for the money you can save, I'd do it myself if it were my place. Try to get the guys bringing in the dirt to dump it somewhat evenly over the yard area. That will savy you a lot of work. Then your gonna need a small tractor with a front end loader if you need to move dirt to any low areas, then a box blade to drage it out and slope it the way you want, then a seeder which you can do by hand for that small an area, and last straw to cover the new seed and a roller to pack it down. It may not ocome out perfect and you'll probably discover some low areas later but they should be easy to fill in.
