Funny thing about the V's, the Case Price Guide book rates them somewhat low as far as collectablity is concerned, yet there were very few of them made. If it is the standard V (not the VC narrow front) only about 2500 were made, meanwhile over 13000 of the VC's were produced. I have one up here (waiting for a restoration and not running) in central Alberta and there sure aren't many in this neck of the woods. Suprising thing is that as much as they look similar to the VA (which the V evolved into) they share no common parts. The V was put together pretty much from outside vendor parts, eg. the Continental engine, Clarke transmission, etc. Email me on the link above if you'd like, I've got some other information here that you might be interested in. As far as value, I must admit that I can't be of much help there.
