I agree with puller2. I personally run a Ford with Auto. Have several friends that are running Dodges. We all haul 6500+ lb tractors to at least 25 pulls per year, some as close as 50 miles, some as far as 500 miles. The only trouble with the Dodges has been one with torque converter trouble, but he had a fuel chip. I will be considering both Dodge and Ford on my next p/u purchase. I would not go back to running with a manual trans.....Good Luck
