Calcium chloride is a salt, corrosive, not unlike NACL- table salt. When you see it leaking out of the rim, the tube obviously has a leak, and it will rust the rim. It will not get better with time- best to handle it right away. If you do not need CaCl for weight, drive the tractor to a spot where draining the tube will not harm vegetation, turn the wheel until the valve stem is near the bottom, and remove the tire valve, drain the tire. If you want to save the CaCl, attach a hose and drain it into a suitable container. It can be reinstalled with a barrel and drop tube and air compressor. Or call a tire service company to do the job for you. I'm surprised that any company would do the service in exchange for the fluid- last time I had a company service a tire they charged me $140, while the fluid was worth about a third of that.
