Starting a turboed engine after sitting 3 + years

My father-in-law is giving us a 1984 Maserati bi-turbo that has not run in 3 or more years (dead battery reason for sitting). He wants it off his property within a month. What should I do to start it...procedures for getting oil to turboes, what to do fluid-wise. Looking under the hood is quite an experience hoses, wires, and tubing, small canisters of unknown use every where. You can't really even see the engine block for all of the paraphenalia.
Any hints??
