Richard is right about the reason that rice specials were moved to Canada. However, the 820 also had the "Rice Special" decals. It was the first to have them.

I have an 80 Rice Special, they are neat variations of the norm. I'm in Ohio. After looking up the records, I found that it came orignally from Arkansas. You can see a little more about it at the webpage below.
