Take a look at http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Acres/4901/about_m.html and drop down to the PTO section to read some notes of mine posted by Dean Vinson on his page. There isn't any seperate oil in the M&W clutch housing (your brake band is in there). The main adjustment mentioned is the pressure on the plates which they spec as 25-40ft/lbs at the hand lever. You adjust it by releasing the clutch, then removing the endplate cover and folding back the tabs holding the large round nut on the end of the shaft. It should turn with your fingers when the pressure is released. Turn it in to increase pressure on the discs. M&W Gear is still in business and they made me a copy of the manual with a parts breakdown but spare parts are pretty much gone. You can email me if I can be of help. Stan(VA).
