I don't know anything about this model but....Ask yourself some questions.....What is this fuse for?....try unpluging the electric clutch on the front of the engine....are you running with the lights on? How about the safety switches.....one under the seat...one on the tractor clutch....or hydrastatic....On these switches, run a safety pin through the two wires on the hot side of the connector,you are bypassing the safety switch(disconect the safety switch).....Don't let the pin touch metal,for it will be hot.....I think it is some thing in the idiot safety system!!!GOOD LUCK
