Hi T_Bone! I cleaned a tank by adding a handful of bolts & nuts with some regular dish soap & water. Then talked the kids into rolling it around in the yard til it was'nt fun anymore, then I shook it, rolled it, til I was tired. After emptying it out, the interior was quite clean, but with small holes where the rust had been heavy. I used the stuff you pour into the tank and rotate until the entire interior is coated. The tank still is in use, that was about 16 years ago.
