I have 4 Stihl trimmers. One at the farm, one at dads, one at home and the one I use at work almost 15 hours a week. They range in age from 15 years down to 8 months. All are straight solid shaft bike bar handles. The only thing I have done to them is regular maintence, and replace spark plugs every 3 to 5 years. They are the best.
