I was told that this condition is a factory engineered feature that keeps the Belarus tractors from moving and breaking more parts! This feature minimizes your operating costs by limiting the tractor's PFE (parts failure exposure) to only those moving parts involved with the engine idling. Using this feature, Belarus has increased the overall MTPF (mean time to part failure) to 46.4 minuets! (an increase of 121%) You can ask Clooney!
