Relief valves on a bucket circuit

One last question for today - I promise !

Could someone please explain to me why my skidsteer's loader
control valve has relief valves on the bucket circuit, but
not on the lift arm circuit ? Is it to cause the bucket to
tip in an overload situation rather than have the arms move ?
Better to get a load of bricks on the head than the whole
loader ?
