Advice on getting a Ford 8N started after sitting 2 months

I need help getting my 8N 1954 Tractor started after it has been sitting in the cold for 2 months. I just bought a new battery, checked the gas lines, put new gas in but the engine will not fire up. Any advice on how to get this old tractor started. It is in great shape, but floods very easily. thanks to all
