This person has been banned from any further use of the auction service and all of his current auction items have been removed. Although YT cannot offer any legal assistance, I can tell you what others have done in the past when items have been purchased from an individual but never delivered: In the past when this type of thing has happened to others they contacted the Sheriff in the county that the offender lived in. The Sheriff's office in the cases I heard of then visited or called the offender and things got cleared up rather quickly. I don't know if any money or goods were returned, however. I'm not offering advice here, just a tale of past experiences that I have heard of.
