In my opinion if it does have an M11 in it RUN.these motors in our fleet have proven to get great fuel milage but are very short life without major engine repairs.THE BOTTOM END HAS BEEN VERY WEAK.We have also experianced a high pecentage of cam failures, valve guide failures and headgskt leaks.these are class 8 trucks in your lighter application they might live loger. The company i work for has gotten rid of all Cummins and is 50/50on road trucks with cat and detriot and all city trucks are 285 horse cats.IF it is a b series cummins it will be under powered but will live forever with good pm program.the b series is capable of more hp than 190 but Must have a boost and pyrometer installed and the these gages must be watched. What ever way you go Iam sure you will get better milage than mygas guzlling must be folloed with alarge tanker 460 ford.BTW the rental and lease fleets have an excellent pm program.Just my opinion steve
