wiring problem for starting FORD 601

I just finished up completely rewiring a Ford 601, postive ground system. I used the wiring diagram from Vintage Ford Tractor Resource. I don't have anything when trying to start tractor. Can start by jumping across starter motor relays large terminals. Tractor runs fine and can shut tractor down with key switch. Replaced key switch, starter button, new 6 volt battery and all wiring. Can anyone help me with my problem. Thanks!
