It sure does sound suspicious. I would definitely call law enforcement and say who has been using the ATV and where it is. Since the kid's father is so volatile, I probably would not give my name and would make the call to police from a pay phone. If the ATV is stolen, the officers will probably contact the kid. If the kid does not admit his involvement, probably no prosecution could occur without a witness, so Tired will have to decide how involved he or she wants to become. I see a definite chance of retaliation from the kid or his Dad (and I considered using another word). I would not vandalize the ATV. That would make Tired as bad or worse than this poorly parented kid and I suspect that Tired is an adult. If someone saw Tired damaging the ATV or even saw him or her looking at it, probably the police would be contacting Tired. It could get real bad, real quick. And what if the ATV is stolen? Damaging it further would only hurt the rightful owner. There is probably no perfect solution to the problem of the kid riding the ATV illegally and irresponsibly, especially if his parent allows him to do so. I would let the police, who get paid to confront people, deal with the situation and let them find out if the parents know what the kid is doing and hope that was the best solution for myself and the kid.

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
