Probably due to the fact that there isn't a real consensus of what is 'good condition' for a 21 year old skidloader. No one wants to give advice that leads to a bad decision. Personally, I wouldn't think it would be worth the cost of a running motor to put in it. SSL technology (of all brands) has come so far since that one was built. Parts availability is probably poor to fair at best. I'd try to find something affordable in the 10 year or newer category if I were looking.
