We get away with a lot more, I suppose. We don't have to put license plates on our tractors, either. It'll takes a while for some intelligent comment because you're talking in metric and we speak in in the inch/pound system that some guys from the UK gave us -- but electric brakes controlled by little silicon chips that measure G forces are the hot setup here.
