Most any farm equipment parts supply has access to what is called weld a pulley or weld a sprocket parts line. You buy the hub with what ever size hole you need including splined bore then you choose what ever size pulley or sprocket you need and weld them together. If you don't have any luck in your area contact a company such as Baum Iron or bearing. Here is their website.
