With the number of video cameras around, everyone either has one or knows of one he can borrow. Take (or ask for) a video, beginning with a walk-around, then with someone's hand on the exhaust manifold so you can be sure he's starting it cold, then showing the tractor driving around, etc. Film is cheap, and I'd gladly send someone ten bucks to shoot and ship a video before spending thousands on a tractor and shipping.
