Thanks Bob, that looks about like what I have. I need to scrape a little deeper to see the terminal designations if they are still on the generator. Do you have any Idea what the cutout does. I took the cover off and I don't believe it is engaging at all. I do think the light switch is working OK because I measured the resistance with the battery disconnected and resistance to ground went from a value (several ohms) to ground when the switch was pulled out. When in operation the voltage should go from 6 volts to 8 volts but just sits there at 6.
